Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping carton, ensuring all original certificates and documentation are included.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the package is insured for its full value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
